Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Express Entry is an online system used by the Canadian government to manage applications for permanent residency from skilled workers. It involves creating a profile and entering the Express Entry pool, where candidates are ranked based on a Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score. Invitations to apply for permanent residence are issued to the highest-ranking candidates.

Eligibility requirements for the PNP vary by province and territory. Generally, candidates must have the skills, education, and work experience to contribute to the economy of that province or territory, and they must demonstrate an intention to live there.

Asgard Visa Connect helps international students with the entire process, including selecting the right university or college, securing admission, and completing the study permit application. We ensure all necessary documents are in order and provide guidance throughout the process.

Obtaining a work permit involves securing a job offer from a Canadian employer, who may need to obtain a Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) to demonstrate that hiring a foreign worker will not negatively impact the Canadian job market. Once the LMIA is approved, the foreign worker can apply for a work permit.

We assist Canadian employers in obtaining Labour Market Impact Assessments (LMIA) and support them in the hiring process of foreign workers. Our services ensure compliance with Canadian immigration laws and streamline the hiring process.
